THE ETERNAL PURSUIT OF HEALTH ...

Taking the cue from fabulous Dawn's post of Body and Health, and getting my recent health check up results yesterday, it is indeed a very daunting task to remain healthy, STD free and most particularly HIV negative! Waiting for these results is like waiting for a sentence - life or death! Really !!! Being young, gay and active makes this particularly tricky! And when you get your clean bill of health - it is like being awarded a new and fresh lease on life, a promise to always keep safe and uphold the dignity of Virgin Queen !!! For although we do not seek immortality (like what the vampires have!), longevity is all we strive for .... And this is quite achievable given all the advances of health practices .... And with a healthy and well body, it is easy to maintain a healthy mind as well. And then keeping at peace and being happy is a piece of mozzarella ... and then self fulfillment! But above all else, I believe in divine destiny and that there is SOMEONE out there who constantly looks after us and our well being - if we seek out for HIM in all the things that we do! So CHEERS to GOOD HEALTH and LONG HAPPY LIFE to everyone !!!
