At the moment, we are living in a four bedroom 17th century Victorian House in the city fringe.
Age brings character and inner beauty to the
house but together with this are things that just
do not work unless you do a big renovation
to totally modernize and upgrade the house.
Our next house, would be simple, modern and
minimalistic. Maybe a low maintenance modern
garden with just my favorite plants and trees.
And please, I want a clutter - free, bright and sunny house !!!

AMBIENCE

Our next house, would be simple, modern and

nice pic... yes, that's a very great goal to have. maybe you need to start looking for properties as the real estate market is getting positive again. good for sellers but still good for buyers. and yes, i do think that you should move - that place is too near main roads and too busy, and difficult to get proper parking!
tama ka dyan sister isay.... kaya nga pukpok kami ng pukpok sa hagdanan para matapos na ang project na to...and we have to remove the carpets and do floorboards or maybe tiles on the ground floor. Maybe repainting and then decluttering... our next project is the kitchen and dining room....ang dami dami...kaya siguro ako naloloca ngayon...eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeiiiii....

hi duke, actually its so hard nga to clean and maintain it...kaya nga our next dream house is just at least 2 bedrooms and open space living - kitchen, dining and lounge room. Easy to maintain and u really live in the whole house. What we have now is huge nga kaya lang it has the feeling of being congested..kasi old victorian house... i really hate hallways now... may nga shadows na nacacast in the house, and accdg to madam isay, it is not in accordance with good feng shui... this time we are also renovating.... kapagod day !
